Vendor Terms, Conditions, and Guidelines
By submitting an application to vend at the CCAC 60th Anniversary Homecoming Festival (hereafter referred to as "the Event"), the applicant (hereafter referred to as "Vendor") agrees to comply with the following terms and conditions:
1. Application Review and Right to Cancel
The Event organizers reserve the right to review all applications and select vendors based on quality, uniqueness, relevance, and alignment with the Event’s family-friendly community criteria.
Submission of an application and payment does not guarantee acceptance. The Event organizers reserve the absolute right to cancel any vendor agreement and issue a full refund prior to the Event if the Vendor's items, services, display layout, or conduct do not meet our event criteria or standards.
Tickets
NON-FOOD -10 X 10 BOOTH SPACE
10 x 10 Footprint only. Vendor must bring all supplies necessary. We are supplying the footprint only. IF you need more space, purchase another 10x10 and let load-in team know upon arrival and site designation.

FOOD - 10 X 10 BOOTH SPACE
This is a 10 x 10 FOOD vending footprint. We will be in touch with more detailed instructions. Including if your designated location. NOTE: we offer limited food booths to assure that our vendors have a great day. We will limit the food types at our discretion and be in touch with you if we will not be able to accommodate. YOU MUST PROVIDE INSURANCE CERTIFICATE IF SERVING FOOD.

10 x 20 Footprint only. Vendor must bring all supplies necessary. We are supplying the footprint only. NOTE: There are limited number of 10x20 spaces available and are first come first serve.

FOOD ONLY -10 x 20 BOOTH SPAC
10 x 20 Footprint FOOD vending footprint. Vendor must bring all supplies necessary. We are supplying the footprint only. NOTE: we offer limited food booths to assure that our vendors have a great day. We will limit the food types at our discretion and be in touch with you if we will not be able to accommodate. FOOD TRUCK or FOOD TRAILER
Footprint for a food truck or trailer only. Vendor must bring all supplies necessary. We are supplying the footprint only. You must unhitch trailer. Food trucks and trailers are the first to load in and will be in a designated location chosen by planning team.

You must be a registered non-profit. Please note we may ask for your proof of status. 10 x 10 Footprint only. Vendor must bring all supplies necessary. We are supplying the footprint only. Limited non-profit spaces. NO SELLING.
